Waiting in excess of 40 minutes for food is unacceptable as was the lack of menu items every night. Hotel was clean and tidy though.April 14, 2017
- 1 / 5By Jade TigwellArrived at Medina Quay this morning after phoning half an hour previously to check the times that breakfast was served (as there is no clear mention of that on their website) to be greeted by a rather rushed off his feet member of staff asking if we had booked a table. Our shocked reply was no and that we had previously phoned and why wasn't that mentioned? Poor customer service. Wasn't that lads fault as he wasn't the person on the phone. We now have 3 disappointed children and two hungry adults.....
The website needs to be clearer and the staff members need to be trained in customer service.......February 20, 2017
